Welcome to the 3-Month Metamorphosis!

I am so thrilled to be spending these next three months with you, gorgeous human. This is my favourite way of working with people and for many years now, this type of coaching has helped by clients and their loved ones upgrade to a new way of thinking and being. So, we have officially begun. There are a few things you need to do to get started. Firstly, get Whatsapp and add my number. It is 0420988909. Over Whatsapp, we can do voice-text coaching. I like this platform cos I can send voice memos that are a bit longer, and so can you. With Instagram and Facebook Messenger, we can only leave 1 minute memos which can be difficult if you don’t want to be cut off. If you prefer one of these platforms still, let me know. In Whatsapp, you can also save and download our interactions for easy future reference.
